She is a young river spirit who loves when children and other come to play in her river and keeps them safe from going into the deeper and more rapid moving water. She actually saved Kim a couple of times from drowning when she was younger and Kim tends to visit her river on the anniversary of her being saved. She's calm, sweet, caring, but turns very scary if someone dumps something bad in her river. She has short light blue hair wearing an aqua colored dress with blue clothe around the waist, and aqua heels. Voiced by: Lauren tom (Dana Tan from Batman Beyond)
