Candace

She's the daughter of Hans from one of his former girlfriends along with her twin brother they grew up hearing about their father from their mother. Her mother died when she and her brother were 16 and she and her brother went to Arendelle for Work when she heard what happened she and her brother were more than a little ticked and descided to offer their service to Anna and Elsa to try and make up for their so called father's deed and became a good friend of Anna's after a while. She has shoulder length red hair tied in a braid and green eyes with freckles wearing a black suit with gold collar and cuffs over a white shirt, black boots and a white cape.
